When can we expect your ISP connection to be stable again?

It should be stable last monday.... But they fecked it up...:
 
1: monday the technician didnt show up
2: Tuesday he came and said it should work within 15 min.
3: It didnt, then i spoke with them and they said that the rights for the copper wasent transfered yet.
4: Saturday it was finally transfered but still doesnt work.
5: Sending new router, as it is perhaps the problem.
6: I dont think it is, i think its the old ISP just didnt do its work proberly (TDC)
7: the router will prolly come on tuesday or the day after, and if it doesnt work it might be pushed another week before my internet works
 
Just a small update of my fustrations, my and my gf are seriously thinking of haunting down a TDC employee to do nasty things and tell em what we think of them.
 
So actually i have no clue when the internet is up
