Well it helps a lot if you reserve a tad of time to talk it over on TS, forums are not that good to make these calls. And in TS you can also verbaly kick some1 under the hind end if there not saying anything :narnar:

Guild management needs discussiona nd lots of it and regularly.  As Bastet said, in the end we organised regulat TS chats to get through things.  

BEFORE the meeting we set the agenda.
AT THE START of the meeting we agreed a closing time for the meeting and appointed one person to be 'Chair' for the meeting and another to minute the meetings (see archived minutes for examples).
We then got on a talked the issues through and agreed action, who would be undfertaking the action and when it was to be completed by.

It seemed to work for us, so why not try to arrange a TS meeting along those lines?  Input from all officers is defintely needed.

Well, before we can start thinking about getting all together simultaneously on TS, we should try and at least get some input from everybody over a couple of days here on the forums, don't you think :flirty:
That's what I think is important first - at least on things like for instance this topic, which could benefit from input from more of us...

Aye Bob, I agree with you, but the problemn we had 'back in the day' was that so few officers actually posted their thoughts on the forum.   Coupled with the fact that written english can bew interpreted so many different ways we eventually found that the simplest solution was to almost mandate attendance at a TS chat and then we could hammer out the issues to a decision.  THis of crouse does not and should not stop people posting in the War Room with their opinions on a topic.
