Well I have finally managed to get some work. I have left the IT business and gone back into manufacturing temporarily. (basically coz I couldn't get anything in IT). Its only a 3 month contract but at least it means that I have some cash coming in.

ACK! My position was made redundant last week..

Silly company gave me a letter stating that June 2nd would be my final day. They tried to retract it later as they still need me for a couple of months.

I said let's negotiate.

I'll keep yous posted if only for the comedy factor

go easy on blanketing CV's gents. Getting a CV from 2 agencies for the same jobs is embarrasing.

Also if you can find the employer through the agency, approach them direct....saves on commision, more for you and saving for company.....
