Who was it you said you thought should be nominated for Bravo.... I forget?

I thought you were going to post the nomination here for consideration by Whitey et al?

I think it may have been TriniDex and Morbo

in fact, I'm almost certain it was them.

BTW, I wasn't saying they should be promoted; I mistakenly said it in admin chat when I meant to say it in a personal message (see excuse above)

all I wanted to do was discuss the issue.

Lee got hold of it and was very keen, which kinda says it all.

I think they should be considered for Bravo status as they never put a foot wrong, they promote team/tactical play, are generally "nice" and contribute to the forum.

Seen them on the servers from time to time but not much of them in the forums tbh. They need to be more visible on both tbh.

Try and encourage them to post on the forum, as I'd rather see members of Bravo active here and on the server

I had a chat with Morbo and he's happy just playing on the server and although he checks the forum, he doesn't want to post.

Keep an eye on Trinidex over the next week and if you feel he should be promoted let me know (I'll do the same). I want to make sure any new Bravo's are of a high standard, no frag monkeys wanted :flirty:

I stalked Trinidex a lot last night and didn't see him put a foot wrong.
He doesn't make use of voice comms, which is a major disadvantage when playing TCS. This would stop him getting into Charlie section but should we allow people into Bravo who make no or little use of voice comms? We have allowed it in the past but is it time for a change?

Acid Skass do not have VC and almost never calls for backup or similar using chat ... he has wings. :eyebrow:

Trini does have voice comms but rarely uses them. I don't think that should necessarily disbar him from getting Bravo. imho he's very much a team player and tries to follow code the code.

He'd get my vote

As I said, there is no policy at the moment to stop someone getting into Bravo without voice comms but we wouldn't accept someone into Charlie. I just wanted opinions on if this needs to change.

I think it does need to change. VC is core to everything that we aim to achieve and although some have been promoted without it we should make a stand now. I think Trini would be a great Bravo but even better if VC was used.

I Think VC is a must for both Bravo/Charlie members.
Itâ€™s really hard to play with a team where some of them have no vc.

I also think adding members should be more select thereâ€™s one or two bravo and Charlieâ€™s who "in the old days would never have got in"

It showed last night when I was playing that having good VC and a team willing to work together makes the game more enjoyable

Last night on the hook people where asking "am I oob" "should I be here or there"..."where are the signs?â€
IMO we shouldnâ€™t need signs on MH, people going on MH should know if they are pushing it or not
And the attitude of some stinks ( even some of long time members)

So yes be more select and they must have VC (and use them)
