Budget Â£50

Last time I just bought a lot of alcohol and this was well recieved.

Dr - any info on medals?

CS degal will b prize money (from entrants) and possibly a beer depending on how the prize money pans out

Possibly the left overs from last lan could be used and a budget game bought. The champagne is also very popular.

I think there was a box of bits that was left at the lan. I think either Pen or TL took them home for safe keeping.

Sorry, I have just started my new job so I haven't had time to check on the medals. I will try and squeeze it in this week but I can't promise anything. However, it was about Â£1 per medal the last time if I remember correctly.

I think there is box of stuff in with the LAN Cables. TL can you check?
The only thing I brought home was the UPS and associated leads. However I think that most of the stuff left was a load of tosh as I remember. Stuff no one wanted.

We may have some keyrings left?
I also have a couple of LAN polo shirts which I was going to auction for LAN funds (these were the extras from the reprint). They could be used for prizes if necessary (although I'd rather they generated funds for the server.... but it is an option.

I do not recall a box with remaining prizes, I think we reached a decision that what was left from 'donated' prizes was so crap that we couldn't even give it away. I'll go check the garage later anyway, just in case.

It was a lot of tosh.

Thinking about it, I seem to remember trying to flog it, then tried giving it away and then finally introduced it all to a bin bag.

I'd start the prizes list from scratch accordingly

yeah we ditched the stuff at the end of te last lan as it was all rubbish it was the leftover donations which were all outdated and broken stuff

The champagne bottles are a big hit maybe a slightly larger one for 1st than 2nd and third could be a possibility. Also the selection of beers went down well. How much could we make from the t-shirts or as Pen says shall we make them prizes? If they are prizes i would suggest they should be used for the main tournaments.

Pirzes went down really well last time i think if i did summin similar this time it would b good.

I think that i may b able to do a deal on some bigger bottles if i look erlier this time.

PEN just sell the shirts m8, or at least plan to.

I think that with this LAN panning out to be a bigger one than the last, we can stretch the prize budget too. I haven't spoken to Oldie about this, but assume the prize budget just got increased to Â£100 as of now. If he disagrees then I'll settle the difference.
