I had to a fresh install of the LFS server. All now OK.

its now allowing 2 people on the server, but no more :doh:

I've had a quick look bur cannot see anything obvious, as I'm not the LFS expert I'm going to have to wait for OB/Doorman to come along.

Has the server package been updated recently?
