Moving forward

Ok, heres a draft:

We are now going to make some changes around here in the guild. Do not be alarmed, but this is something that has to be done to make some progress.
    As of TL is going to hold the rank of Guild Master.
This is a solution agreed upon by the officers and Gorion.
It will only be in name and rank, and the officers will be the ones in charge.
They will have control over the guild and lead it forward to accomplish our goals.

The reason why we do this is because the officers need more control of the guild while the Guild Master is offline. When he returns, the rank will of course be passed back to him.
TL offered to keep the guild disband bottun safe until the return of Gorion.
This is Gorions wish to keep the guild going.

We can not stress enough that this is a temporarely solution.


 We hope this will be help the guild to move forward to raiding more and grow and prosper.

The reason behind this is due to the officers needing more control of the guild while our Leader Gorion is offline. As and when Gorion returns it will be passed back
 
TL has offed to hold the G/Disband button safe for us until the return of the king

How's this?

Gorion has been offline now for some time due to some RL issues that take priority over Wow and this has been causing some administrative difficulties in running the guild on a day to day basis.  In order to overcome these difficulties the officers have agreed with Gorion that he will make some temporary changes to ranks.

    As of the guild will be run by the Officers and the collective decisions taken by them.  
In the mean time Gorion and the officers have agreed that Teaele should hold the Guild Master rank pending Gorion's return or an agreed longer term solution.
