If as and when a dMw Wow guild becomes the promoted guild here, we need to think about what to do with the access policies for the forum sections we will have.  Should they be public or private?  My own thoughts are that bar a possible future raiding section which might need to be members only, we keep it public like the rest of the dMw sections?

Second question.  What do we want to do with the SOG archive?  Clearly there is some stuff to keep private and for reference (so the SOG War Room might move into the new officer section as an archive within it), but there might be others we're perfectly happy to make public (and some where we're not!).  In the past, when TBC cam ein we released certain elements on the forums to the Public side, but retained some others.  We might have to pick and choose what goes public if we decide to release SOG forum topics to the public side.

Anyone got any thoughts on these two please?

I think the public side of what is SOG section at the moment just needs a clean up. and just archive anything not essential to raiding, just basically a wipe clean. as its only really stuff that will be newly posted ie WoTLK stuff

Keep as much as possible public just a little officer secion for any probs to be sorted. As and when a need pops up for hidden sections im sure we can add

As for the sog stuff .. I like the layout in the warcraft section with some good info ..As for any sog privet stuff lets clean the slate and start fresh
