Probs with CSS

When i try to connect Meathook with HLSW it connects and it gos to the css screen after 5 sec it pops right back to my desktop.
When i go to steam my games i got the same prob..

When i wanna join L4D servers with hlsw ore via my games in steam it works all well.:g:.

I del the blobfiles but still got the same prob..

Any thoughts bout this ?

Del all files Counter strike....trying fresh install.
If that wont work too bad then.:sideways:

Sick off this steam crap allways the same probs ...steam blehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh  ore valve ore whateverrrrrrr

My CS/s also drops to the desktop but i alt-tab back into CS/S and it seems to work ok. Eitherway, it could be the resolution settings or something like that. Hope you solve it.

I used to get this problem.  It was not caused by Steam or CSS but by another program running.  If I were you I would close GPU Folding for instance and try doing the same with other programs running if that one doesn't work.
Start Folding and get yourself one of those nice new badge thingies, it\'s a good cause.  Check out the stats

F@H and CSS are usually not a problem. CoD4 and 5 and some other games are.

Not usually, but they were with me...worth a try I would think and easy to test :)
