Finally got the steam version up and running. I have to say still rather buggy but better than the verion 1.01 patch. Crossfire still not working properly have to use the -winxp command which then gives me graphical errors!! :roflmao: but at least I can run it a reasonable setting. 1920 x 1200 everthing on high to v high except postprocessing which makes me feel sick!!. Looking forward to the next patch and ati hotfix (hopefully)

Was just playing on the arma 2 server when my game sort of went wonky. There was another player in at the time administrator. Anyway it crashed and when i tried to get back in it said i was banned! could someone find out why

I removed a single entry from the bans list so try it now. If it's still fubar'd then you'll have to wait for someone who knows what they're doing

I was Administrator

I got disconnected, then kicked trying to reconnect a couple of times, then picked a DM map, a couple then joined, then I got disconnected again, then I rejoined, then we played a bit... death match is not the way to go with Arma lol.

I could see you had somewhat similar problems. I then selected another server... and after a bit I played single player to get a better feel of the game...

We must try again

yes.

and it depends on the how the missions was created. I have played 1 where if you die, it's all over. but last nights you got 8 respawns.
