 Bring on the randomness!
Apparently I actually exist! Or maybe it was the drink?

T-Bag

It's downloading for me now. I got the email with the link at 00:13 today. Might torrent a disk version though to make the install easier.

The product key is all I bought it for.

Ah, I was assuming you hadn't graduated. I was on a 4 year course (Mphys - a far superior subject to engineering as I'm sure you'll agree) and graduated this year. I got my student deal as I still have a email on my phd (I'm trying to setup a second uni email so I can buy a second version for my laptop - being "staff" now I hopefully can pull some strings).

(If I were you I'd sign up to the autodesk deal for students and get some free cad, inventor etc software while your account is still active.)

I'm still busy taking full advantage of the MSDNAA at the moment, but will look at getting onto autodesk pretty soon!

Right i am at last on windows 7 64 bit and have moved away from my audigy 2 soundcard as currently creative are having issues creating drivers.

The current 64-bit drivers cause white noise when talking over comms, making them useless.

Luckily my realtek on board sound card has up to date workable drivers.

So if your thinking of updating to windows 7 64-bit make sure everything works before hand :)

I also heard from toby at the lan that the older nostromo does not support windows 7, which is pretty darn harsh.
