time scale -

when should we be looking to open the booking thred? a couple of weeks time?

gamse discussion should take much at all we have a set formula that works well and should need much tweeking that can happen a little closer to the time when people are confirmed

Couple of weeks suits me fine as I can book my room then when I'm bakc from hols.

Yes on a couple of weeks. Normally I open it three months before the LAN so it's as near as dammit.

If we open it to the International's first then Supporting Members and then to open forum.

I'll book your room TL - I'm due to talk to Belinda again soon anyway.

I'm thinking that we'll let people book their own rooms as soon as they book rather than embargo it. I'll double check with the hotel first however.
