...and the answer was of course, Chuck Norris.  Although Marylebone was pretty close if it were not for the obvious breach of the Northern Line rule.

Which reminds me, for the second year on the trot at a pre-christmas business lunch, I got the same young lady as last year to play Mornington Crescent with a couple of my colleagues and me.

For Mornington Crescent fun, just add one slightly tipsy, giggly blonde:

Like last year she proclaimed she did not know the rules or understand the game but was happy to give it 'her best shot'.
Like last year she opened with the obviously flawed Kings Cross.
Like last year she mysteriously recovered to pull it back and win the first game.
Like last year 45 minutes of Mornington Crecscent entertainment ensued.
Like last year we left her somewhat bemused about the Mornington Crescent game and its complexity of rules.
Like last year we had a blast with Mornington Crescent.
I like Mornington Crescent.

Nope, you're not alone Pen - I'm thoroughly confused (some might say my normal state of being ;) )

I write down everything I want to remember. That way, instead of spending a lot of time trying to remember what it is I wrote down, I spend the time looking for the paper I wrote it down on.

It makes perfect sense, unless you go to Earls Court before Aldgate East, then you are in trouble.

I think you'll find FB is refering to the LAN version that uses the Thurgood-Hamilton conversion algorithm, but bans semi-lateral shunts
