I have a suggestion...

There were around 8-9 guys on the same TS channel last night, all on the same side, split into two teams.
Because of this, If someone called for example enemy left then everyone would move that way. This was good as the enemy were mostly delt with.
But it left us short on the other side of the map, we were caught out this way a couple of times.

 I suggest that the teams from now are split into different channels to avoid this issue and work as two separate teams.
At the start of the map or during it... A call is made for team one to go left or right and the other team does the opposite.
The guy in charge of the respective teams can make the call, but they can also call for assistance from the other team if needed. Same when on the defence.

That's a good suggestion Naldo. A wee bit difficult in practice.

On Friday's it's dMw versus the world as we know. I think it's working really well so far. Splitting folks into TS channels is possible but some users have difficulty when Alt-Tabbing out. Personally I don't have that problem and often I'm running WolfCon and TS on the side and I can get to them with minimal hassle.

I think we should give it a go. Perhaps we can split off into the SDM channels say 1 and 2 once the server is filling up. As a TS channel Admin, I can move folks around. Unfortunately I won't be around this Friday as I'm on holiday. It is something that we can try the following Friday or perhaps during the week any time you guys want to.

How about, rather than splitting everyone up on TS just try & get the squads to stick together & not all do the same thing? I think it's better to be able to hear everyone & I'd hope we're capable & experienced enough to be able to organise ourselves a little when we're all on the same side.

Ok what I think Ill do is all the members in my Squad will be in my Pride ( note the ref to Lions there, clever eh!) so what we'll do is say "Pride left" or "Pride attack B"  that way we'll know its my lot that need to follow that command.

This doesn't mean that I will assume the role of squad commander as anyone within the "pride" can call it.

Yeh, I am wondering why its so hard for the server to pick up mid week.  Weekends seem to be fine.

The only thing I can think of is the server title. If I was looking for a server to be honest I would be slightly put off,

The reason is...

Mixed.
If I see Mixed in the title I avoid it like the plague due to the deathmatch mode. The majority of players in BC2 play rush.
And 32 man rush is the mode that is played most on our server. (From what I see anyway)

Teamwork.
Majority of players are on their own. If you join a rush server everyone will join a team anyway. It could be interpreted as groups of friends or clans play on this server for the teamwork aspect.
No need to add this in the description, just have it flash on the screen when you join.. "Team Up" like we have now.

Basically I would have this...  "Deadmen 24/7 Rush"
