I would not just skip the raid without a reason, but the reason is personal

guys, I think when you decline that short before a raid start that we do deserve to know the reason(actually I think we always should deserve  the reason).

hmm.. how am i going to explain this one..

Ok, so the servers at my work crashed last night and because of this we could not work this morning.
Because we have a few deadlines before the end of the year i been working around 55 hours a week and this will mean that as soon as the servers are up and running again we have to make up for some time.
This would mean that i will probably have to work later then normal tonight and will be missing the first bit of the raid.

Ill be there as soon as i can but i dont think that will be before 9 / 9:30 gametime.

Hope i explained it enough artic hehe.

Dont think this is the right one to post this in but im sure TL or Someone will give it a post of its own .

Anyway like i said in the post a while back im sorry to see you leave and like i said i still think there points of improvement.
I can understand why the road RGT is taking might not be your cup of Tea but would you rather just kill 7/7 normal every week and not put any effort into it?
The problem is that the HC bosses just NEED a certain level of dps from all raid members to make it a kill, especialy fights like balaroc, i hope you understand that part from the "suckers" side as well.

Anyway, goodluck with your future plans.

Forgot to post about my absence on here for the next 3 weeks. Already informed Dre through TS last raid. I have an insane amount of work to do next 3 weeks so i've put all of my invites on tentative just in case i do make it.
