19:39 [Mythmaster]: yeah, but again, it doesn't look like it. I'm sorry, but for me, it really came bad when i had to leave during my first raid, after the gearing, getting rep and everything
19:40 [Mythmaster]: and ok, not showing up, but i reduced my latency, didn't even bother to show up, because i ended up being on the bench more then anything else. i was only getting called in to wipe on the same boss

19:47 [Mythmaster]: well, sounds nice in theory, but still, as things were, i'd only be called on for wipefests, not for a boss that was able to be killed by the raid

Discussed Myth and his lack of attendance.  Agreed that Jas would word something for Hal/Whitey to play with and then send to Myth.  Something along the lines of 'whilst you're not around enough, we'll not remove your RGT slot, but understand that as this does not give you as much opportunity to learn the fights as others we'll need to bench you on anything other than loot needs or farm fights.

Hi Myth

Officers  have been having a review of attendance coming up to the holiday season  .. Your attendance has been well below what we need to keep a stable  raid. We understand that at the moment you are running through exams and  think it may be the time to take a step back. We think the best way to  go would be to keep you raiding in RGT tho more as a backup and get you in the raid as and when we can. The thing we don't want to do is pressure you at this important time in your life and also don't want to lose  you as your one of the guys that got us where we are. So it may be more  nights on the bench but it should also give you time to focus on the important stuff. When your exams ect are done and your attendance bumps up then we will always look again

Hey. Sorry for the late reaction, but better late then never
first: thank you for understanding the situation
second: Atm i think that the solution you're offering me (bench-warmer)  is actually the best one. My exams are finished right now, but I'm  afraid that my attendance will not improve all that much, due to my  incoming b-day, celebrate the results... and my 3 week-trip to paris  (starting on the 3th of july). After those weeks, I'll be also taking on  a summer job and extra lessons to prepare myself for my next  schoolprogram (my bachelor will be finished, but i'm going for a master  degree), which ll also take away some of my raidnights. I'd be glad to  help out when I can, and when needed, but it's as you said: focus on the  important stuff
