DMR Guild Meet - 30th September - 2nd October

I have booked a double for two nights and will arrive At Some Time on the 30th, probably mid afternoon but if I'm feeling frisky it could also be in the morning.
If anyone wants to cosy up and spread the cost that's fine, but I DO SNORE after a few drinkies. How loud depends on the quantity of fine ales I have turned to water

I am only expecting to attend the Social, but will bring my laptop so I can play warcraft/sc2 if everyone's being anti-social and playing games

I gave the playing name of Twisted to the hotel.

EDIT: Slush has now booked in to share with me. He thinks he can out-snore me

There ales are damn fine, expect to be turning a lot in to water and snoring a LOT

As an aside, I suspect the hotel is now pretty much totally booked out to dMw people, however if more people want to come along we also have use of the staff flat, but we will need to assist you in booking this. Just let BrotherTobius or me know if you have any problems booking a room and we'll sort out the extra accommodation we'd agreed with the hotel.

Lego, all the normal rooms are now fully booked, but we have agreement for them to allocate additional rooms which were previously used as a 'staff flat'. We're just waiting on confirmation of how many people we can put up in the staff flat, we expect at least 4.

My advice is to call the hotel, tell them you want a room and when they say they are full ask them to put you into the Staff Flat as per Rob's discussion with Tealeaf. Rob (the hotel manager) is due to call me tonight anyway, so I'll mention it to him.

Just phoned them, they are setting up the arrangements for the staff flat rooms, and I will be contacted

Talk to Belinda and they will book you in. I spoke to her this morning about an hour ago and as the rooms are not on the normal system she will handle the booking.
