I haven't played with it myself yet, but I gather all it does is offer up some info on the nForce chipset you have on your motherboard.

There's some other stuff in there that will allow you to change memory timings, etc, without having to be in the BIOS.  That all depends on whether your BIOS supports this, which a lot don't at the moment.

Nothing to write home about - but has potential...
