I think we need a 3rd day and most want a 3rd day aswell.

After some thinking we will be going for a sunday night aswell, some might not make it but I hope alot do. The first invites will be for the 2nd half of August so that people have time to schedule.
I hope everyone can make the time to be there as I have to do that aswell.

i work every sunday, so its a no go for me. but we have enough tanks these days, so it shouldnt be a problem. i welcome the initiative, watch out RGT, were coming to get ya

as it looks now np to join on sundays.. for i do think if we gonna make more progress, we gonna need one more day/week
and it might be good for the melee rotation to be in raid as well

But yeah. I'd be happy with a 3rd day but could only promise to be able to turn up for 2 raids a week. Sunday/Saturday day may be the best bet for me.

I can understand that its difficult to get the perfect day for all but at some point we need to draw a line in the sand. The extra raid day will be a massive boost to the time available. All we can do is ask that you support it as much as possible. Lets see how it works out. As its the same day for both teams i would urge that we *all* try to prio sundays as the other raid days have the options of grabbing alts in a case of need

i will try to be there on sundays but it'll be almost never possible for me to promise that i'll be there. But ofc i will do my best to make it.

Keep in mind that with 3 raiding days, you have to go recruiting.
3 tanks
3 melee
4 ranged
4 healers
Is a bare minimum (in my eyes). Also grabbing alts from other RG will be impossible on sundays aswell

Our numbers arent different from RGT, except maybe that people can only raid 2 days instead of 3, it will probably will be trail and error the first 1-2 times but thats alright.

In reply to treach personally, and as a generall concesnsus of most people i doubt most people will do saturday nights simply due to the fact saturday nights are when most of our raiders go out (we talk outside of raids :O) and given we got 3 tanks at moment i think sunday would be good and agree bout extra time helping especially since if monday is enxt day we will be able to just go straight into fight with it freshin our heads
