After a week, how are you finding the server in "hardcore" mode?

Check it... I've added a couple of commands to turn the Minimap and Minimap spotting back on..

As long as it does not put that damn colored triangle above your head ... That will be ok.

Edit... Nope...TE and I just tried. It put the triangle on your head. This will kill the game/server in HC mode.

Personally I'm not liking the feel.

I am on early evenings with the juniors and we are finding it hard to populate the server early on.

The previous setting was perfect we had after 4 people EA sending us loads of players.

I haven't been playing much as tbh its too frustrating.

There is a real drop in comms as we don't know whats happening as we can't spot aswell as dying immediately after you spawn both spawn and on squad members.

Our teamwork is about working as a team and in all honesty if this was a private server hardcore would be great but for public server its hard to tell the admins who is doing wrong as noone can spot them.

Times that I have played anyway.

I know your tweaking it but with the LAN so close and the potential for us to play it all LAN long can it please go back to softcore?

It is however a 50:50 spilt on softcore versus hardcore on the voting.

I'm enjoying it, but...
As a medic, unless you see your teammate fall, it's pot-luck finding them to revive.
I'd like to see the flash above the body at the very least, or on the mini-map as well ideally.
Apart from that small gripe I'm fine with it.

So its been a while with the hardcore mode on our server and after hearing peoples opinions from playing it can we make a vote on weather to keep it or not please. [Including dMw. Juniors] Just post and say if you want to keep it or not and i will edit this post [as long as Ninja is cool with that?]

Initially I didn't like it as much, but then I got used to it and playing softcore tonight was pretty poop! Hardcore ftw.
