Main issues were leaving raids early and not turning up but the biggest thing for me was him trying to get officers (and possibly other members) to join another raiding guild before the start of Cata.

Bell is an perfectly acceptable healer.
I have yet to see him successfully pump out high levels of dps with *any* class.

That having been said, you need ranged dps and a trial is to see if he can perform and meet attendance consistently.

Given Darthdrew's departure, I'd suggest we get him in immediately, you might well need him.
