Trashy Phone Manager Software Stuff

Handset Manager v7 - //www.kondor.co.uk
I bought it so I could dload and print off all the photos from my nice shiny phone - a Sharp GX20 - however it cant find my handset when it tries to connect to it. :argue:  :rant:  The USB port is enabled etc and it can charge the phone from the USB port but it doesnt seem to allow data transfer. Online tech support is fairly non-existant - my e-mails to Tech support have resulted in them giving me a full config guide on how to connect thru infra-red grrrrr... Any suggestions???
