I here by resign as raider/RL.

Ill stay for an extra 2 weeks before I will really quit as raider untill im in the mood again to make time for raiding, this so you guys can find a new RL and a healer replacement.
At the moment I am sure I can spend this time better to study extra then to play WoW.

Im done with the lack of knowledge of the game of raiders.
Im done with the lack of commitment.
Im done with the lack of understanding and executing tactics.

Today we had the issue that DA disconnected so Lynx and I tried 2 healing, obviously this could/should work but,not with the RGW players because they find it quite normal to stand in fire and take extra damage. Even on farm bosses(and nerf) we manage to kill 3 bosses in 2,5h(I called it after that) people still not understanding tactics or executing the tactics correctly.
Pals fell down 2-3 times during Beth'tilac(from upstairs) but, we only killed it 14 times or something like that.

Anyway Rhyo with 2 healers didnt go well because ppl stood in lava and whatever to take extra damage, Sharp said use 3 healers instead(sithy was dps), but Sithy doesnt even do so much healing(check Baleroc) so he is a waste of innervates + It wasnt the healers fault, you can have as many healers as you want but if ppl stand in fire you wipe anyway.

So like I said, im gonne focus more on baseball and school and less on WoW.

I feel your pain bud .. on the flip side rgw have made big strides in getting 6/7 in the last few weeks but we all have poor raids. I would hate to see all the hard work done goto waste. Grab me on TS and we will try to see what can be done or what route we need to go
