Replace {} with []

The video ID is the ID code youtube use.  For example, the above embedded video is at the following url:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-8JDe7UdRk&feature=player_embedded

The bold bit is the video_ID.  Thus:

Penfold actually used the 'video' tag instead, which is slightly different, but youtube tags are easiest for youtube videos imo.   To see the video tag way just click the 'Reply With Quote' button at the bottom of Penfold's post and you'll see the bbcode he used.
