Alt + Tab Fix

Please sticky this.....

As this game doesnt like it when you alt tab out I've come across this nifty little programe you can install so when you have to Alt_Tab out of BF3 you can without carshing the game to desktop

I've found this very useful as i use admin tools while in game & Have recently been able to do so as it crashe's my game/makes it stutter after alt_tabbing.

Just set the Bf3 borderless 1.2 interface to the resolution you want Bf3 to be at when you alt tab and thats it. It will detect the game when you are playing and minimize the game to the prefered resolution mines set at
W: 1360 Height: 1024 On a 32 Inch monitor.

Very cool programe and its free that doesnt use much of the Pc's memory (checked task manager and it runs at 40- 45,000k)

I installed it and alt tabbed out a few times while on a server whileit was running and it worked a treat no game crash or stutter when i went back into bf3

Well if i Alt tab out of bf3 the game either crashes or goes back into the game after i've finished using procon and just stutters and feels like i'm on a dial up connection

still not sure why it happens i have the right spec for the game but i was looking on battle log forums and alot of people have the same issue.

I used to get the same with BFBC2 but BF3 is fine at alt/tab for me.

The problem that I have with bf3 is this:

I alt and tab and the window is no longer maximised or it is windowed i then have to do a weird combination of alt and tabs and alt and enters until it goes back to fullscreen.

Does this help prevent this too?

i dont have any issues on my stationary pc, but my laptop is a bit more buggered.. this didnt help much tho :/

This happens with mine, I just click on the BF3 icon on the taskbar and I'm back in.
