This isn't just for bikers as these spills affect us all.

I agree with this, I ride a trike does that count?  

However I've never seen a disel spill in my life, other than on garage for-courts where stupid fat truckers have overfilled their tanks.

Imagine a stretch of road covered in ice, a layer of grease and a topping of oil.  Then imagine trying to drive/ride down it.

That's a diesel spill - lethal.

I've seen one where the fat stupid trucker must have filled his tank and then completely emptied it over the 500 meters of road, paying particilar attention to the bends, where the fat stupid *$%* even managed to splash it on the pavement. :rant:
