Unfortunately working for a multinational Corporation I get this all to often, from customers too as well as internal.

I need to start transcribing some of my meetings too as way to many of them are worse than this. :doh:

Big fan of the BOFH, but haven't kept up to date recently. Thanks for the update.

l used to have to listen to this kind of rubbish all the time. It mainly used to come from sales and business managers if I remember correct. One benefit of being self employed is that I don't have to suffer this nonsense any more.
