DKP Table settings

Well last wednesday TL helped me out with the DKP addon settings, but my SSD died sunday afternoon with all my stuff on it and it couldn't be saved anymore
So i lost loads of stuff as i had to put back an old backup.

So can someone pm me or put it in here if that is aloud the settings for the addon?
