RGW raider bump

so its been announced finally! so in regards to ranks...can we bump some of the trials up now?....

also the people not involved for MoP such as nims...keep him as rgw for now and then change?....

Nims is still RGW until we go on our raid break.  We'll sort all the ranks then.

Trials are different, if you collectively feel they are the right quality people and have performed at the right raid standard then go ahead & promote, providing they have been there the right length of time i.e. no 2 week trials    If they are not performing or not turning up then they need performance management from you, or ultimately you fail their trial.

Promotion is not something to take lightly.   Failing a trial is a hard thing to do, but it's a damn sight harder to demote somone & kick them from the raid once you have promoted them up to full raider rank.
