Best Bond Girl?

Seems odd that a bunch of mainly blokes are discussing the best Bond but don't seem to be discussing the best Bond girl

For me the top three are

Eva Green - Vesper Lynd, Casino Royale. A real character rather than a bit of eye candy.
Izabella Scorupco - Natalya Simonova, Golden Eye. As above and the most attractive Bond girl ever.
Ursula Andress - Honey Ryder, Dr. No. A hopeless actress but an icon and part of the most memorable scene in any Bond movie.

But by Bond Girl, do we mean Bond's female tumblemates/sidekicks, or can we involve woman villains as well?
... because that opens the door for Rosamund Pike, one of britains most beautiful ladies :D
