I always just look in Teamspeak here.

If anyone is racing they should be there.

@Blindfury46: I knew I saw the option for the race finish wait time, and here it is:

RACE_OVER_TIME=20 ;; time remaining in seconds to finish the race from the moment the first one passes on the finish line

It's from the forum instructions, http://www.assettocorsa.net/forum/index.php?threads/instructions-on-how-to-use-the-server.9376/.

A few people found the AC server last night. After some problems we got a few good races.

The booking system is not very user friendly, but I think we find ways to improve it. As one of the devs said on the AC forum. It is what it is. "Live with it."

My wish for combo is the KTM on track Mugello.

Enjoyed a little blast around a version of the Nurbergring last night in a Lotus GT, great fun once I had reduced the FF on my G25 from its default 150% down to 100% and then adjusted a little lower still in-game.   Did zero setup work but the feel you get I thought was quite good, you could easily differentiate 4 wheel drift, understeer, oversteer and even rear brake lock which was nice.  As others have mentioned, the lobby system is a bit painful, but a tip given to me was to 'refresh' the server list if you can't press the booking button and don't click the 'Join' button until a couple of seconds have passed - it reactivated the server several times for me allowing me to join.

Thanks Neys changed it to 60 (it was on 20)

+ added KTM

The response's to the "live with it" comment were a good read lol

Yes I have see that Dev make other off hand remarks (that "live with it" remark annoyed me too).  I think he lets his frustration show in his posts.   I have seen much more balanced feedback from other devs about the booking system and their willingness to make changes.

PS, I like the Idea of having 4 or so cars to choose from, even if they are very different power, as when we are all on TS we can just choose which car(s) we will all run together.

Looks like we have DMr and dMr servers now?

TL uploaded the server files to BA5 today and I started it up with the basic config he provided. I did notice people join shortly after starting it.
It's ready for testing and I will PM you the FTPs details shortly to allow you to update the config as needed.

Post your steam name in THIS THREAD and you will be invited.

It would probably be a good idea for Jamin to request that Whitey make him and the racing admins dMw steam group admins.
That way you can do your own thing with the invites etc.
In CS:GO we use the steam group to announce game events etc. and find it very useful.

I cannot see any of them ... Is the problem on my side or on server side?

Jamin

There should be only one now but it's not up atm.
