I need a spray

Well hello everyone i am Hunter_Game a new commer here and a member of the Alpha Company , i just want to greed everyone and also to request for some help , i am trying for a long time to put a spray for myself , something cool , but as much as i try it dosent work , can someone explain to me what do i have to do to use it and so it can work in the game , dosent mater cs 1.5 or steam , i play bouth , pls some help i will be realy gratefull   , thank you very much and all have a great new year and play on , bye bye

Create an image in any paint type program i use photoshop a few other people on the forum use paintshop pro.
The image size has to be exact to get the .WAD program to work correctly, i always use "128 X 80 pixels".
Once you have created the image that you want save it as a JPEG and place it somewhere safe and cozy.
Download a program called WALLY from Here.
Once downloaded and installed open wally, goto Wizard, HL Color Decal, File on hardrive, (Click the ... button) Search for the JPEG thats cozy, select it and click OK. It will then open up the image how it will look in game all you have to do now is save it as a wad and place it in your cstrike folder calling it pldecal.wad.
