Been a FAT update to the game today!
We've got PENGWINS now! Also Angler fish but lets face it, the Druglords dont go swimming as often as us Southern Beards do!

Looks like a system for controlled pve/pvp has been introduced, it'd be nice to investigate it some time so we know what its capable of, just for sh*ts n Giggles nothing serious!

See you all in game once its updated :-D

And just wanted to say super thanks to whoever created channel sub groups for the two tribes in Ark! So much less confusion and channel hogging :-D

Just bought this, froze to death because I couldn't see an obvious way to light my campfire :S great fun though.

Is not an easy game by anyone's standards. But its easier with friends. Anyone online would be willing to try and find you and help you out (Southern tribe anyway - cant speak for the weak northerners ;) ). If you want to make a go of it solo south is easiest.

Plenty of guides. But its worth while if you can suffer the early game.

I would suffer alone for a while before accepting help. You miss out on some of the fun working while out how to survive :)

Getting chased round a rock by a Raptor while trying to retrieve your stuff from the previous time he killed you is oddly fun.
