Running fail

Some of you know I've got myself into a bit of a commitment issue. I've agreed to do an Ironman. Along the way I'll post here and there, but here's a starter for 10.

You ought to join me for one of our mountain bike adventures. You'd have a lot more fun and once the pain subsides you may even feel better.
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

Congrats on signing up to an Ironman. I've been up to Bolton to watch friends compete the last three years and it's always a great day (that might be because i'm not having to do it just watching though).

My mates have said the best bit of advice is:
