I'll start moving this forward soon.   I'll be asking for sponsorship offers from members or hopefully their businesses (Gorion is already on the list) and then I'll start work on the hotel.

Deal mostly struck.

Sponsorship will be £60 per barrel to deliver a dMw-exclusive £1.50 per pint.

I should be able to get at least one barrel sponsored by the OC, I am aiming for 2 barrels.     I reckon we'll have at least 3 barrels from members/firms, so we're looking at at least 5 barrels @ £1.50 per pint.

I'm waiting for a counter offer from John.  Suggested a minimum of 2 barrels paid for by the OC, 5 sponsored by dMw, so a total of 7 barrels at £1.50 per pint.  I don't think we'll have any problems finding 5 sponsors, so things should be alright.
