How do I add a profile image to the forum? :P

Seems like this would be quite easy, but I've browsed the "My Profile" and "Settings" sections on here and just can't seem to find anywhere to change my profile picture on the forum. How do I do it or does it require a certain access level or something? I'm fairly used to forums, but everywhere else you enter a URL for the image somewhere or even "Browse" to upload a picture... haven't seen any of those choices here?

You have to be a supporting member to be able to do so. It's relatively cheap, adds to your PM limit, and you'd be supporting the community
