I know a lot of you guys by now.
I know a lot of you guys don't pass up the chance for a good pint.
I know a lot of you guys have really reflected opinions on said pints.

A lot of knowledge in other words.
How about we start sharing that knowledge with eachother?

Beers, ciders, and let's not forget the non-alcoholic option for those that are too young, too pregnant, are on medication, would like to drive home afterwards, or plain just don't drink.

As a side note, I also know a lot of you are Untappd users, so perhaps you'd like to share your username or add other dMw'ers?

Good call, I'm 'samchapman' on Untappd.

I'll kick things off and suggest that you should all get yourself some beers from the Wild Beer Company. Their 'Wildebeest' stout is particularly good!

A lot of their brews look interesting. I would be keen to try some, will keep an eye out.

I have tried untappd, but I always forget to take photos and rate beers, I am too busy drinking them :P

Wild Beer Company, I know I've seen their logo and I thought I'd had some, but there's no trace of me logging it in Untappd.
The only one currently available in shops in Norway is their Ninkasi Saison, and I'm not extremely big on saisons. Not enough to pay what they're asking at least [emoji14]

Pretty sure i'm in under my name "Derek Ling" (no. i'm not Chinese!) If not 'Galatoni' should be there.

Will get you guys added :) I haven't been using it long.

Having some trouble finding you TL: 'teaelle'. Keeps coming up with "tippi m." and teaellem

jamena (ben m)

I have two wild beer co logged, both nice and unusual - "sleeping lemons export" in particular went down well :flirty:

The Darwin's origin coming to the lan has my second highest rating, though it was rated many drinks in at the gbbf so it'll be interesting to try it by the pint(s) :D

Tracked down the wild beer Co 'evolver ipa' today, along with their 'black and blue" sour. Will report back when I've tried them.

Also found a tripel and quad brewed in Buxton I'm very eager to wrap my taste buds around.

The Buxton Quad is very good, I think you'll enjoy it.

Just been on a little detour to my favourite beer shop, I will report back with results....

Well we tried the wild beer Co evolver ipa against the tried and tested brewdog punk ipa.

The evolver was a lighter beer with a bit more of a citrus fruit flavour coming through. As a result it sat a little sharp, but not at all in an unpleasant way. Very crisp and refreshing, it'd make an ideal hot summers day or bbq ipa.

The brew dog I'm sure most of you know, but by contrast it seems a heavier, darker ale (by no means am I saying this is a brown/dark ale, it's 100% ipa). Less fruit, more grains and malty bread. Doesn't have the same refreshing factor the evolver has, but it's a bit more complicated. One to chew a little more until you've drank too much to notice.

Both excellent beers, I would opt for the punk for my everyday, I think it offers more for the price of entry. The evolver though is one to look out for - I'd happily drink it again, especially out in the sun or with some nicely cooked pig or cow.

There are a few of the craft beers by the same brewery available in ASDA - they're not cheap though. Punk IPA is amongst them. You know, in case you wanted to get hold of some :D

They've got a new-ish Saison called Electric India which is absolutely superb - snap some up if you see it.
