If anyone is in Amsterdam this weekend, it's Bokbierfestival time:

This the darker, autumn beer but also stout, ijsboks and barley wines that tend to appear later in the year when the weather gets cooler.

Lots of sausage, cheeses, black pudding, also getting eaten.
