Seriously I think we have aquired a bit of a problem over the last six months or so. Either we accept it as a natural consequence of a growing community,

sack a few people

or rack up the forum moderating and delete anything that is mindless waffle in our respective forums? Which gets my vote.

GhostMjr replied and I responded.  Me response email is below, it includes his reply to me.

To be fair to him I should have gone through the list of posts before PMing him, but I didn't.  In my opinion most of the posts were ok and the sort of thing we would do ourselves, so I feel a little bad about coming down heavy-handed on him, so as I said in my PM reply to GhostMjr, I would like us to consider the individual posts not just the volume of them.  If volume posting were a sin I would have been kicked out and banned many moons ago :blush:

Fortunately when I did look through the postings there were a few I could throw back at him for him to reconsider too.  Let's leave it here for the timebeing and monitor quality please.

I'll be honest with you, I haven't personally gone through all of your recent postings.   I therefore cannot say that all your posts were unjustified, but just be aware that over-posting is a problem in a community of our size, as is posting in unintelligible language - you may want to pay attention to the latter as this does seem to happen with some  of your postings as evidenced by the "are you related to Sheepy" comments!

I will pass your comments back to the Admin concerned and ask  him to reconsider.  While he considers my request to reconsider, here are 3 postings that caught my eye from that list that I would like you to consider.

"I got more lol" - what does this mean? The rest of the comment is also pretty unnecesary. The thread referred to zip files and you were suggesting he try unzipping a zip file with a rar package? Either way the language used makes your reply almost unintelligible. Help is welcomed, but when it is delivered like this it is unhelpful as nobody has a clue what you meant.
