I need to ask a question.  How is the 'Mjr' part of your name actually intended to be pronounced?

Is it:
  • Ghost ... Munjer
  • Ghost ... Major
  • Ghost ... Murrrjererrrr
  • You don't pronounce it Cad, it's an acronym for something incredibly witty that only I know...
Personally I like 'GhostMunjer'.  But 'GM', or 'Oi you!' will probably be employed when I'm drunk.
