I've tried at least 20 times to get it. Never got beyond 86%  <_<

oohhh then i'll wait with reinstalling steam ;)


(just reinstalled win98 on my system and already had probs with int connection don't want more int probs with steam for some days :whistle: )

2nd attempt for me but it did take nearly 30minbs to get it

It took me three days to download the last one, and I managed to play about two rounds. Now this one's being a pain too :(

got past that and then another bloody problem, as i type i got in to steam, and its actually ready, so im going to have a game ina bit

Okay, so I fanally got it updated, then Steam decided out of the blue it wanted to switch al the games I'd told it not to update on so it was trying to download eight gajillion updates (I had to delete local game content to make it stop) and by that time the server was full. I waited a while for a slot, connected, and then HL threw a fit - I have a black screen in HL, and can neither End Task nor Stop Process.

People have said steam is great but as most of probably would disagree mayb valve should improve it ;)

Latest update: 4 seconds and had it.  :o
