A question for whoever...iam sure someone has  come across this.

wot would happen to my bb connection if i change me home phone number? :blink:

In theory, nothing. Directory numbers are just software changes.

i dont think thats the case. It maybe that when you change your number you will be given a reference code that you have to give to your adsl supplier to ensure there system is insync with the new nunber change.

Although slightly different when i moved house this is what i had to do to keep the same phone number.

I would have thought the same as Oldie.

The actual circuit number would remain the same, so no BB change and only the voice element would change at the software switch level.

If I can remember on Monday I'll ask one of the engineers.
