Altough i'm not in SoG any more, I couldn't miss this chance to give my congratulations to Silver Oak Guardians on this special ocasion.
Two years its a lot of time, and I only regret not having the opportunity of sharing all the great moments I know this guild had from its birth, cause I only play wow for 10 months or so.
I had more fun in the 2 or 3 months I was in SoG than all the rest of time, and I can say that I'm proud of having the privilege of being a part of this once great guild (and that I wish to be big again soon, so big that I'll have to crawl my way back in), even for a short time.
 So once again, Happy Birthday SoG, and I hope we can say this for many years to come, or at least as many as WoW lasts. :clap:

I dont know how to say this, so I am going to get straight to the point.
I made the decision of leaving SoG and going to Redemption.
This is not an easy choice and certainly is not easy for me as person to do what i'm doing now.
I could just come here and say: bye guyz, it has been great but i gotta go, cya all and blah blah blah....
But since the recent quits that allmost brought SoG to an end, I was one that tryed to stay here and see where SoG would go.
But the truth is that everiday i go online and i go to the social button...guild tab...and i see less people online....
Is true that SoG has been the best guild I have ever been, and much of the things i learned in WoW were at SoG.
But I miss raiding as hell, and most of all WoW is a game, and i want to take as much pleasure from playing it as i can...and i dont see a raid group coming atm in SoG...
I do hope that SoG will keep growing after the recent changes, and I also hope that none of you has hard feelings about me or what i am doing right now....
As allways, you can whisper me whenever you need any help, and i wont charge any SoG member for doing a portal to somewhere like I allways did.

I wish you all the best of luck to the future and i really hope that SoG will keep alive and going.

I want to leave my very sincere THANKS to all the SoGgies that are still capable of doing what i cant anymore.

I really dont know what more to stay for now except that I'm sorry for not standing to whatever end...I hope you all understand.

I hope we all can unite now a little more than normal and give a hand here to Gorion.
I too want to keep SoG alive and i definitely want to raid.
If it depends on me, then SoG will go on alive and good health and raiding, but this isn't just a one man equation...

It's up to each one of us to decide now what's best for you as an individual and whats best for the guild in whole.

I know that probably the main concern of the majority of you is to raid, and those who left have done it because they believed that they couldn't do that again in SoG.
Personally, I dont blame them and I understand and respect theyr ideas.
I too want to raid, it is my favorite and fun part of the game!
I think that if we calm down a little and think with our heads together, we can still keep SoG as an active raiding guild as before.
I'm sure we have more than enough members to do it!
It all depends if you still believe in SoG and in all that we stand for.

And was asking myself if there is any chance that we can still raid once were lvl 70.....
 
It's sad to see a great guild falling down.
I'm not leaving the guild, but if there are many more to leave the guild, I honestly can't say what i'll do cause I really really wanna do the new instances in TBC.
 
But hey let's stay positive and see how it's gonna be

I posted earlier, but i really want to raid too, so lets see what will happen
in these next few days, and if we still have enough ppl to create a Raid Group

For a frost build I would suggest you need to do the following:

It's true that the 50% chance of criting is very good, especially you frost nova them in place and do a cone of cold after!
Insane Damage!
But isn´t the use of shatter in high end instances very limited?
On the other hand there is a new spell on the way, the ice lance, that does triple damage against frozen targets...i'm looking forward to see what kind of damage that will do.

About the counterspell you're right, the bosses are immune to that so isn't really very useful! thnx for the tip there!

when I reach 70.
I think its a good build to raid, has all the survivability and damage enhancements from the frost tree, and some mana regen from the arcane.

I would like to see your opinions/crtitics/suggestions on this build.

Raiding from 8 pm till 11 pm (server time) looks fine to me! :yahoo:
The ideal days for me to raid are allmost everyday except thursdays and fridays, because I work on the night shift :angry: and have to sleep as well.

But ofc, this is just my opinion, I hope we can have a raiding plan that fits the majority of preferences of the guild members.

I can´t wait to get to lvl 70 and start to raid! It is so much fun then questing!
