Had an awesome get away from the line 3rd to 1st, dropped it twice in the early laps so I ran the whole race with damage but I ran 100% at the start and 100% in the pit stop, I had no intention of ruinning out on this one. :doh:
I Lapped the whole field, Including moose, "sorry moose I had to get that in as I wont ever happen again" I ran the whole thing on 1 set of R4's which was fun as they cooled at the end but it all went to plan.

I have to say the standard with the blues really has been 1st class and I thank you all again for watching your mirrors. God knows my eyes were sore after this race. The 1st 3 laps were hell on cold r4's but I felt confident it was the right direction.

Thanks for having me, I look forward to getting my ass whopped a little next week though, deetz was flying in the uf1 and I'm sure he has some nice pay back in store in pure performance, It's due deetz, a whooping from you, I know it :taz: I think it could be more than deetz flying this week though.

I watched the replay again and realised just how wrong deetz's comments are and due to recent events with the admin and my "failure to make dmr due to my bad temperament" cough I would like to defend the occasion and hopefully shed some light on the propaganda and in some cases pure bull$hit said about me.

I have frapped the deetz/john moment for all to see, its quite funny at the tbh, I hope deetz you can see that to and see I'm only defending myself and I will do in future as the gloves are off LOL

I will always defend myself as I now feel it is needed but I will always do it in "Clean Fair Fun" as the dmr logo says. hhhm

Hi, all I beg people to watch the replay as I did last night sorry deetz I held a dead straight line it was your move to get the line I then held dead side by side , you hit me check it out please everyone.
I'll fraps it if you want, but please watch it if your unsure. It is clear to see.

The only one I was unsure of was I tapped Sean while he was out of shape in the same place that one was maybe a bit my fault as I was behind so I'll hold a hand to that but as DOORZ say that is racing, I EVEN SLOWED AND LET SEAN BACK THORUGH :narnar:
but I urge you to look at the deetz one if there is anyone unsure, watch it from the outside behind shot its VERY clear to see what happened.

No seriously I'm shocked at the idea to change to digital, I guess most race spec track cars actually have digital replacements fitted, maybe this is his thinking.
The trouble is the digital read out is not part of the dash, it floats which makes it unrealistic and thats a step backwards IMO, I don't like the digital look.

I think I'll stay on patch 31 so I don't loose the analogue display.

Thanks guys, glad you like it. I had trouble navigating the Shift U camera and keeping up with the action, plus I had to keep the fraps recording as it stops recording after 30 seconds, I need to look at changing that if possible.

I also found that Microsoft Movie maker aint up to much, I had much better timing on the audio but after finishing the film and saving it went out of sync a bit :g: M/S crap me thinks.

Its actually good fun to do, practice makes perfect so keep sending decent replays to me and I'll make you famous. eh Jas :roflmao: love it.

I have started this thread so I can make an offer to my fellow DMR racers.

I have a Vid section on my Youtube page dedicated to LFS, I have called it the Hall of Fame and Shame and I'm compling a collection of moments for 1 big LFS/DMR vid to be produced every few months and edit it properly.

If you boys have any great passes, avoided crashes/momments or if anyone pulls any funny of even questionable moves OR SQUESES AGAINST THE WALL OR pit CONES ( cough ) which result in your demise then please send them to me and I'll add it to the collection.

yeah nice post and valid points to be sure but this guy hit the brakes pursposly causing The Three to hit him and then drove into the cerb to roll on the 2nd fastest corner and trickest on the track. I have seen him do this kind of thing before as I recongnise his funny name symbol. In this case I followed him for the over 2 laps and he was not at all slow I was just a fair bit faster and he just refused to move and it went on from there. Please see my fresh post about my video/clip offer.

I just noticed I seem to be the only one posting here :g:

I've made 2 short vids of shamefull driving at the last long race at SO CLASSIC in the fwd gtr's 06/09/07

1st is me being held up on lap 6 for a whole lap by a back maker who was ignoring the HUGE blue flag on his screen.

2nd is the same guy on lap 7 holding up The Three, Vobler, Me and Oldie. He slams on the bakes and causes The Three to hit him then rolls in in the last turn tyring take out as many of us as possible!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y37aUbm8J-s
