Hey guys and gals,

just a quick note to apologise for my unstated absence of late. I'm afraid i can only put it down to RL issues as i'm currently in the process of starting a new job and have been getting crap off my ex over my boy. RL will always come first as i'm sure it will with everyone but i still should of found the short amount of time to put a note up explaining everything.

Anyway, sorry to everyone again and thanks to everyone for tonight as it was my 1st time in a 25 man and was a very enjoyable experience

With regards to my new job which i found out today i'll be starting in a few weeks, it may limit the amount of time i can spend raiding as it's 4 x 12hr shifts a week spread over odd days but i should still be able to attend 1 if not two raids a week with any luck.

was just wondering what peeps though to starting a guild on the darkside of wow? not necessarily for anything serious, more a place we can all meet up if we are ever on that side of things.

I know the horde ain't everyone's cup of tea but i have a few toons on there and know a few other guildies have aswell.... i occasionally like the break over there.

anyhoo, lemmie know what ya think. I'm prepared to stump up the wedge for the charter if there's enough interested... and no, i'm not defecting, just summat to change to occasionally

name suggestions welcome also if there's enough interest... Black Oak Guardians or Silver Oak Break Room maybe?

i have a lvl 34 lock that's up for stuff

just a quick note... thought last night's run went really well and the tanking was very good. be nice to see how it goes for the last bosses... might have a new tanking team:lmfao:

i know a tank who is with lemmings of the light who may be able to help, but not sure if he would totally come over or not. their guild raids days we don't (mon, wed and sat i think). Just a thought need be.

he also has a 70 hunter as well, his missus is also a 70 hunter. and trying to convince my SP friend in LotL to move as well

aye, will be nice to get another tank in as it will make regular raiding easier when others are unavailable.

Also help for getting the guild towards that sunday 25 man i guess

some of the addons... like FuBar and titan panel have a performace mod that shows how much memory your mods are using and, at least Fubar, has the option to "clear garbage" which i gather is like a cache or summat. just a thought anyhoo

i also read somewhere that Blizz altered the particle effects in patch 2.4 and wonder if this maybe may have summat to do with slow FPS.. although i can't see why it builds up gradually :S

i occasionally have cack frame rates but it's usually in places with complex lighting (Terokkar forest) as i have me 8800gt turned up to max filtering and draw distance full
