I totally agree what lola said.
We should have Ulduar on farm long time ago, even with the current gear that people have, that is way better then most of the ulduar loot (hench 90% of the loot doesnt get bid on in there), we struggle to get bosses down and even wipe in there on mob packs. Which in my opinion is quite silly.

I do agree that a raid should be working as a team. like a well oiled machine!
The thing is how can you expect to have raiders work properly together if even not all officers/classleaders flask up; not all officers/classleaders know the boss fight; offciers/classleaders do archievements and then start forbidding them to other people; offciers/classleaders not focus because they are talking in general chat too.
If you want people to work as team then the officers/classleaders are the first ones in line to show how its done. Im not saying that all officers and classleaders are doing these things but in my opinion you cant say things to the "normal'' raiders what they should do or not do or even forbid if some of the officers/classleaders doing it themself. You want people working as a team then make sure ALL people are working on it to make it a team!

Normally i dont write much in forums but ill give it a go.

ive read all the comments from the people on here and with most of those complaints ive got to agree with unfortunatly. totally understand why garrit got ****ed off about the whole raiding as a guild as thats one of my reasons why i started to raid less lately.

What i miss in the raid mainly is listening, not only from raiders but also from officers/classleaders to their raiders. No teamwork what so ever and lots of people not anticipating on the fights.

on top of that i see people around:

- d/c  each  10 min, well i guess you wont like the d/c either but guess how it is for 24 people waiting AGAIN for you getting back up. think its quite normal that somebody d/c once and a while but having 15+ d/c on a raid isnt normal in my opinion.
- people not fully enchanting and gemming.
- people not moving out on the so called fire
- people not flasking up.
- people not  gettting in there repaired so they have to go repair after 1-2 wipes.
- people not bringing or dont bring enough reagents with them.
- same for pots , flask and food buffs.

basicly alot of people in the raid severly underperforming (which could be a result already from one of the above mentioned points also)
I could mention alot of names with that but in my opinion that should be taken care of by the officers/classleaders to check on those points and take actions to the person, with a warning and if things dont get any better even a remove from the raid.

Its kinda hard for me to keep on being motivated  when i give 200% in a fight and the person next to me doesnt give a flying :ranting2: to move out of the so called fire.
I dont mind wiping at all, as ive done my share of wiping in the last 5 years of raiding.I do mind bashing my head pointlessly to a brick wall!!
In other words officers/classleaders need to step up and do what they are assigned for or quite frankly there wont be a raid group left anymore to lead if this goes on the way it goes now.

Thats my complaints/opinions as a raider / ex-officer / ex-raidleader.

How long have you been playing computer games and what kind?

I started playing games on a black and white tv, from there on the C64, all Nintendo game consoles and from there onlots of RTS and ROG games on the pc till I saw WoW 4 years ago!

What kind of raiding experience do you have?

All kinds of raiding experience from the start of WoW when MC was the only raiding instance around with 3 different characters (druid, hunter and priest)
Till Wotlk where I did all the 10 man content, mostly with me druid so far.

What other guilds have you been in and why did you decide or were forced to move on?

A few guilds that got disbanded and even 2 that moved server, at this moment im in a small guild with Wow friends which I cleared the ten man content with, called The exalted. They fallen apart and I want to move on and do 25 man raiding.

Do you actively play any alts that we could find you in in case we need to contact you?

Ive got many alts, basicly all classes (why can we only make 10 characters on one server -.-) but mainly play my druid gillar(feral tank), my priest sleepyy (holy priesty) and my hunter caelin (survival).

What are your plans for the game? In what way would you like others to know you? Tell us about your personality, and why you enjoy the game.

Plans for this game is to enjoy it as much as possible and see as much of this expansion as possible with a nice group of players.
Personality, well it kinda depends which role I play in  a group when we are raiding. Been raidleading and tanking a lot, so then you will hear me quite a lot in chat but for anything else im quiet and try to get the best out of my class as possible. When not raiding I always try to help other people out and for the rest the occasional funrun with Lóla!

Name one thing you don't like about WoW in its current state.

That they removed 40 man raiding!

Why did you decide to play this class?

Because I liked the challenge to keep 40 man alive, now its down to 10-25 man but still have lots of fun in healing.

What do you think your class' role is in raid content?

My awesome buffs and the group heals

The healing build been changing a lot over the years from full dics to full holy and a hybrid etc. at this moment im using this build to get the most out of my buffs and still having a good strong group heal.
