Realy is a shame that we can not get even a single raid a week started, I raid during the Christmas season with another guild, but as I said to Hal is not the same, and would, as I said be ready by Sunday, but can also understand the problem we have week after week the past several months we've been struggling to get just 10 players to the raid, but I hope at some point we all will be ready for a little raid .. My clear experience with raid with another guild is that it is far easier to raid with a larger group, the players there performing HC without actually knowing tactic hehe just a group for me

Could be fine if players who are invited to raid in ingame calender could sign in with the possibilities accept - tentative - decline. Not many have accepted Sunday. Jas, Axia, Teranie there normally shows up, but would be nice to know in advance, so you slackers sign  I think it would be great if we knew who was coming, but sign in so we know about the possibility of the raid is present or not.

Is on seminar from Tuesday to Friday in week 39, and therefore not taking part in the raid on Wednesday will find raid with priest Friday or Saturday so the hunter is ready on Sunday,

Will be on holiday in week 35, so I'm off Wednesday and Sunday, I sign off in raid calender, then we will see if we can get raid on Sunday or Wednesday of next week,
Might be a good idea if we gave the message on vacation or anything that makes you do not have time to raid, so those who take the time to arrange our raid, have the opportunity to set up an acceptable raid or cancel within reasonable time.

We have a little family fun here in vacation days so i will probably be a little late to the raid but expect to be there as fast as I can, have an appointment with a staff from Grüll

Hi All.
Have tried me a little with some pug run in HM hc, just to see if it was something we could use to optimize our gear.  went against all expectations well did 5/7 smoothly, so could maybe if people are interested, be an option with some raids there, maybe Monday night or another night where we do not raider at the moment? also tried me a little with BRF normal pug with my druid, we were in the raid I was with always more than 15 players seems like it makes it a little easier, but seems as if we are in the right direction and will soon have two bosses more down.

But only an idea if people are interested,.

Hi All,
Have slightly thoughts about our raiding, I think we have a good, solid small group which makes progressions and really makes it fantastic compared to the non-optimal class composition, I am sure that with slightly bigger dps group, maybe go for a group of 20 players, I know it's very hard to get new players seems many guilds are currently looking for people and will also be a shame to get people in who do not fit our casual yet very concentrated raid group. But as it was yesterday at the final boss, I had no doubt that he would be dead if we had a few more dps, we did all that was needed and very few errors so can not immediately see how things could have been done different, I do not have any real good ideas for how to find people but as some members of the DMR which are not currently participating raid could perhaps ask them or maybe on Mea culpa has more people who could be interested,?
Should we not succeed in getting more people, we can handle it safely anyway, I'm sure, players who are here are so competent that with a few more dps we would be far in HC too.
But looking forward to Wednesday's raid, have a great day everyone.

Was very fine raid on Sunday good progress, but as written would be fine with a more solid and stable group, but seems like it is something that already is being mastered, would we be missing someone there might be someone from the guild cool Runnings or Ragnarok who could be interested, but just tell if it could be an option, but if Culpa can supply what we lack, it would be coverage.

Hi All, have raid HC / Mythic with my priest in the period in which the DMR has been quiet, but it seems like we can get the team started again here in the WOD, so I'm ready as Disc / Holy priest since I obviously expect our Shadow priest comes back (TL) only nonsense with him
