Hello everyone, I'm Jack. I'm 17 years of age, still in full time education (Sixth form currently) hoping to go and do History in University followed by a Law conversion and I hope to become a lawyer (long way away haha)

I'm new around here and came here via joining the WoW guild Dead Men Raiding. I don't play many games myself, as I spend the majority of the time I have on the main two games, which are: World of Warcraft and League of Legends.

I've already come to know a couple of members of DMR guild on WoW. If anyone wants to play LoL, I'm always up for it (LoL terminology incoming); whether it be ranked, normal, ARAM, I'm willing to play them all (I'm currently Plat 3 FYI to any who want to play ranked).

As for other games, I do have an xbox as my only console, but I've grown apart from it as all games seem similar (CoD?) and I only venture on it when playing a new game I've purchased.

Tell us a bit about yourself! Who are you? Where are you from? How old are you? What kind of work do you do?
I'm Jack, 17 years of age, from the UK, and I currently work as a kitchen assitant as I'm still in full-time education (not the best job, but cash is cash haha)

Tell us about your personality, and why you enjoy the game.
I've always been in to these sort of games for years. Whether it goes back to games like League of Legends and even as far as Runescape (bring on the hate ) I've always been in to the games where you can always strive to become better

How long have you been playing computer games and what kind?
The games stated above have been my three main played games. I've been playing computer games for the past 5 years now.

There are other guilds on the server, why did you apply to us?
Mainly because I've heard positive things about this guild, but also because (and I won't lie), you are sort of looking for my class haha.

What other guilds have you been in and why did you decide or were forced to move on?
I used to be in Empire and Closure back in Cataclysm but I quit for a while for two reasons. The first due to Dragon Soul being so bad, but secondly because I was having to study for my exams.

Who do you know in Dead Men Raiding? How do you know them?
I known Pinnfiske in your guild just in general from playing on Aszune.

Have you read our 'what we look for' and 'philosophy' posts? What do you think of them?
I agree with both of them completly. As for the "what we look for" post, well I fit that perfectly and, for the philosophy post, well I believe (bit biased here), that I fit that too.

What do you look for in a guild?
I look for a friendly guild who is also interested in progressing. I used to enjoy being in Empire because we did these both together very well. There was a socialable side to the guild but, at the same time, we all wanted to progress as far as we could. This is sorta where Closure was a problem for me. I don't want to go in to a life story - as I'm sure you're not that interested - but there was the raiding side in the guild (obviously) but it lacked that much socialability between one another that I just felt I was coming on solely to raid and that was all. Which I did not enjoy.

Do you actively play any alts that we could find you in in case we need to contact you?
Not really, apart from my Warrior, Ijack. If it makes it easier I can always add people on to my Real ID if that would be easier, but 90% of the time I'm only on my mage. The only time I'm on my Warrior is to do Black Temple (Come on Warglaive off-hand....)
''Dead Men Raiding'' - What comes to mind when you see that guild name?
Not gonna lie, not much. I'm very unimaginative. That makes me sound really boring :L but I don't really see guild names represent anything on WoW. The only thing that guild names get across to me is how much they raid.

What are your plans for the game? In what way would you like others to know you?
As the best DPS evar. No but in all seriousness I just want to be one of the guys who is here to help if necessary. Not much.

Name one thing you don't like about WoW in its current state.
Taran Zhu seems to die in Patch 5.4. I don't like this one bit.

A guildie says something you find offensive, what do you do?
I don't ever get offended one bit :L So this would never be a problem

Which evenings of the week are you available to raid?
All except Friday.

Can you and will you speak actively with other guild members on Teamspeak and in guild chat?
Yes, of course.

Do you have a stable internet connection?
It's above average, and it's getting upgraded in the next couple of weeks.

What sort of frame rates do you get when raiding?
In 10 man, not 100% sure, I know it's enough to do what I need to do though (it's like 40+ I believe)

What kind of raiding experience do you have?
Not the biggest amount, I can get to grips with raids easily though. But the only past experience I have is really of FL and DS in Cataclysm. (Both done on Heroic)

Why did you decide to play this class?
I used to play a Hunter in Cataclysm but they seemed to have ruined that class in MoP by adding loads of pointless spells on to the class for no reason. I didn't like this so moved to a class I also liked, a Mage, and I've stuck with it ever since.

What do you think your class' role is in raid content?
Face-roll the DPS.

Comment on your build. Why did you choose it? What do you think of other builds of your class? Why didn't you choose one of those? (important question)
I'm gonna assume by "build" you mean my Talents. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway my talents are these because they, overall gives me the best DPS whilst, at the same time, the best survivability in raids as well. I'm currently doing research in to Living Bomb as I'm still not 100% if it is better than NoT. Also, as I thought it would be best to say now. If I did join, I would be changing to Fire spec once around 525 ilvl (long road ahead for that haha) as it is considered better at this point that Frost spec.
