I swim and run sometimes never done a triathlon my uncle does the 70.3 ironman so I may do one day. I did my first  10 miler time trial Wednesday, fastest on the day was in the 22 mins slowest 33 odd mins I put down 27.00 dead (uncle 25.00). averaged shade under 22mph, I was in the old school class ie without the nob-head (aero helmet) and tri-bars. they would shave a minute off my time. went for a 35 mile ride yesterday and averaged 21 mph, im on the cycling/running program/app strava its free to use. you can follow others and track there gps activitys you can upload your activitys if you have a cycling computer garmin ect or iphone 5 ect if you want to follow me its   Jonathan Kidman

picked up my new road bike Saturday. fast very fast got upto 48.1 mph :narnar:

iv played with two tw`ing hopeless novas + two bots. mixing is a risky business specially when your "ranked" as a nova4 yet most of the time seem to fit in/play well (on community servers atleast) with le to globals. funny that a non smurf nova who blends in with those ranked 5 - 8 places above :S
oh albert the map with the jumbo is called something like cs_747 - remember it well was a popular choice when I lanned with m8s 15 years ago.
