The Telenor issue seemed to be between their network and ours on the last hop, however as it was one single hop it is very puzzling! The traffic coming from Telia comes to us in the manner expected. I will see what I can find out about the Telenor network now

Out of interest can you please post a trace from your office connection just so that I can compare the traffic routes?

We picked up on this on Saturday and moved some traffic around. If you are still experiencing issues could you send the latest tracert through to us directly at support @ hi-velocity.net

[I still wonder if it's just network related. The intermittent jerkiness (pings are actually fine) and also the poor quality voice comms is something I never get on MH.For the record, my route from Sweden is fine.]

We have removed the offensive routes, so what you are seeing now is different to how it would have been over the weekend

Hi Guys,

Thought I would pop in and try to shed some light on this! We brought on another partial transit provider on friday to improve our european peering......however it seems that the chosen provider is currently upgrading a couple of core network switches. We have now dropped this session until we have confirmation that the upgrade is complete and returned things to the state of play as of last thursday.

Hopefully this will make for a pleasant gaming experience again.
